Terms and Conditions

1. Rates and Services

The prices listed correspond exclusively to the guide’s fees. They are fixed, including weekends and public holidays.

Important Note: These prices do not include entrance fees to monuments, audiophone rentals, or transport costs, which remain the responsibility of the client. Any hour started is due in full.

2. Payment Terms

Payment can be made by bank transfer, check, or cash.

  • Deadline: No later than two weeks after the visit.
  • Exception: Unless immediate proof of payment or confirmation of transfer to accounting is provided.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the client, the following conditions apply:

  • More than 7 days before the service: 90% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the service: No refund (0%), the full price of the visit is due.

  • Same-day cancellation: The full amount of the service must be paid.

4. Group Management

  • Capacity: Limit of 30 people per guide.

  • Exceeding the limit: Beyond 30 people, a second guide is mandatory. Otherwise, the service fee will be doubled.

  • Regulations: Certain sites or museums may impose more restrictive capacity limits.

5. Delays

The tour begins a few minutes after the time agreed upon during booking.

  • Client delay: A 30-minute grace period is applied. Beyond this, the guide reserves the right to cancel the tour, shorten it, or charge for an additional hour.

  • Guide delay: The client is required to wait for 30 minutes.

    • The tour may be extended (subject to availability).

    • In case of refusal, the tour is shortened and a proportional discount is applied.

    • Beyond 30 minutes: The client may cancel and claim compensation (capped at the price of the tour).

6. Accessibility and Disability

To adapt the itinerary, any disability or accessibility needs must be reported before booking.

  • A specific request will be made to the sites if necessary.

  • The guide cannot be held liable if the site’s infrastructure does not allow access.

7. Liability

Participants are under their own civil liability. The guide’s liability is excluded in the event of:

  • Theft or loss of personal belongings.

  • Physical or material accidents suffered by the client or participants.

  • Damage caused by the client to third parties or to the sites visited (property damage).

  • School groups: They remain under the full responsibility of their teachers.

8. Force Majeure

The guide is released from her obligations in the event of force majeure (an external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event according to Art. 1148 of the Civil Code).

  • Examples: Exceptional weather, strikes (transport, museums, airlines), telecommunications failure, riots, or government decisions.

  • Obligation: The party invoking force majeure must inform the other party immediately.

  • Costs: Each party bears its own costs resulting from the case of force majeure (e.g., additional transport or accommodation costs for the client).
